The participants will learn about the different stages in the coffee production process throughout interactive experiences starting from the planting of the coffee seed until the moment participants drink it directly from the cup. 

This program is designed for visitors to learn about the coffee culture in Colombia. 

Objectives

- To acquire cultural, anthropological and technical elements that intervene in the production of coffee in Colombia.

- To experience, first hand, each stage that intervenes in the production of coffee in Colombia.

  • The history of coffee production in Colombia
  • Fermentation and drying processes
  • Tours to coffee labs
  • Coffee filtering methods
  • Coffee brewing methods
